Information we collect
When you create an account and complete onboarding, we collect the information you provide about yourself and your household: names, dates of birth, contact details, family relationships, financial goals, income and expense figures, and the documents you choose to upload (such as statements, tax slips and policy documents).
How we use it
We use this information to build and maintain your household financial plan, process the documents you upload, generate projections and reports, and communicate with you about your plan. We do not sell your personal information.
Document storage and security
Uploaded documents are stored securely and are only accessible to you and the advisors working on your plan. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security. If you cancel your subscription you may request deletion of all your records.
Your choices
You can review and update your household information at any time from your account, request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your records by contacting us at info@rbwmc.com.
